Thursday 30th Sept:

  • Drive to Dover
  • Catch a morning Ferry to Dunkerque
  • Drive from Dunkerque to Strasbourg near the France/Germany border (London to Strasbourg = 9 hours drive)
  • Stay the night at the Mister Bed Hotel.

Friday 1st Oct:

  • Drive to Munich (Strasbourg to Munich = 3.5 hours drive)
  • Arrive in Munich around midday Friday.
  • Head straight to Ocktoberfest.
  • Stay that night in Munich at either Best Western Seidlhof Landhotel or Hotel Aigner*

Saturday 2nd Oct:

  • Following full day spent at Ocktoberfest
  • Another night at the same hotel to sleep off the alcohol.

Sunday 3rd Oct:

  • If the weather is right, drive to Nürburgring for a lap around the track. (Munich to Nürburgring = 5 hours drive)
  • Drive to Bottrop Alpine centre (Nürburgring to Bottrop = 2 hours drive).
  • Overnight stay at Alpine Centre Hotel

Monday 4th Oct:

  • Full day of skiing. Or for those who don’t want to ski, there’s a high ropes course, toboggan and indoor sky diving. Plus there’s all you can eat buffet and alcohol included in the price.
  • Night drive from Bottrop to Amsterdam (2 hours drive).
  • Go out that night in Amsterdam and stay at either Tulip Inn Amsterdam City West or Hotel Ibis Amsterdam City West

Tuesday 5th Oct:

  • Full day in Amsterdam
  • Another night at the same hotel

Wednesday 6th Oct:

  • Begin the drive back  to Dunkerque at around midday (being sure not the miss the ferry home)
  • Arrive back in London Wednesday evening.

*Hotels have yet to be booked and we may end up having to stay elsewhere should these selections be unavailable. All accomodation will be in either triple or quad rooms. The hotels will most likely be outside the city centres, but they’re close to public transport links and all have free parking onsite or nearby.
